溶剂萃取法是盐湖提锂的重要工艺方法。采用磷酸三丁酯(TBP)/1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺盐([C4mim][NTf2])离子液体体系对高镁锂比盐湖卤水中的锂进行萃取分离提取实验,对负载有机相的洗涤和反萃过程进行了研究。萃取实验:在TBP与[C4mim][NTf2]体积比为9∶1、相比(有机相与水相的体积比)为2∶1条件下,锂离子与其他离子的分离系数分别为β(锂/钠)=94.70、β(锂/钾)=148.85、β(锂/镁)=131.81。洗涤实验:系统考察了洗涤剂种类及浓度、相比、洗涤次数等因素对杂质离子洗脱率的影响,结果发现氯化锂和盐酸的混合溶液是从负载有机相中洗涤除去杂质离子的有效洗涤剂。洗涤过程适宜条件:洗涤剂中氯化锂浓度为4 mol/L、盐酸浓度为0.5 mol/L,相比为5∶1,洗涤次数为2次。反萃实验:用稀盐酸(1.0 mol/L)对负载有机相进行反萃取,在相比为1∶1条件下,单级反萃率达到97.81%。研究表明,离子液体体系作为一种新型萃取体系,在高镁锂比盐湖卤水中提取锂具有较好的应用前景。 相似文献

In order to explore the effects of chlorine and fluorine on photophysical properties and the differences, in this work, we synthesized five new polymers, P1 – P5 , in which benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b]dithiophene as the electron donating and benzothiadiazole as electron withdrawing. Analysis of these five polymers showed that the introduction of Cl and F atoms can deeper the highest occupied molecular orbital of these polymers and enhance the absorption of light by the species, thereby improving Voc and Jsc. Chlorination has a stronger ability to reduce energy levels and broaden the absorption spectrum compared to fluorination. Among them, P2 showed an efficiency of 4.08% with Jsc of 11.28 mA/cm2, Voc of 0.79 V, and fill factor (FF) of 0.45. Since chlorination is easier than fluorination in terms of synthesis, it is advantageous for practical applications. Therefore, we think that chlorination should not be ignored when designing high efficiency photovoltaic materials, especially when their fluorinated counterparts have proven to have good properties. 相似文献

Gel-like emulsions were produced by high-intensity ultrasound (HIU) emulsification using soy protein as an emulsifier. Sunflower (a seed kernel oil), peanut (a groundnut oil), hazelnut, walnut, almond and pine nut oils were chosen as oil phases. The kinds of nut oil significantly affect the structures and properties of gel-like emulsions. The particle size of sunflower oil gel-like emulsion was smallest. Moreover, the macrorheological and microrheological results indicated that the values of apparent viscosity, storage modulus (G′) and elasticity index (EI) of sunflower and almond oil gel-like emulsions were higher while those of the walnut and pine nut oil gel-like emulsions were lower. Moreover, the sunflower oil gel-like emulsion was more stable after 2-month storage. The current study illustrated that HIU was of great importance for the production of high-viscosity gel-like emulsions. The bismuth layer-structured Na0.5Bi4.5-xPrxTi4O15 (x?=?0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5) (NBT-xPr3+) ceramics were fabricated using the traditional solid reaction process. The effect of different Pr3+ contents on dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15 ceramics were investigated. The grain size of Pr3+-doping ceramics was found to be smaller than that of pure one, the maximum dielectric constant and Curie temperature Tc gradually decreased with increasing Pr3+ contents, and the dielectric loss decreased at high temperature by Pr3+-doping. Moreover, the activation energy (Ea), resistivity (Z’), remanent polarization (2Pr) and piezoelectric constant (d33) increased by Pr3+-doping. The NBT-xPr3+ ceramics with x?=?0.3 achieved the optimal properties with the maximum dielectric constant of 1109.18, minimum loss of 0.00822 (250?kHz), Ea of 1.122?eV, Z’ of 7.9?kΩ?cm (725 ºC), d33 of 18 pC/N, 2Pr of 12.04 μC/cm2. The enhancement was due to the addition of Pr3+ which suppressed the decreasing of resistivity at high temperature and made it possible for NBT-xPr3+ ceramics to be poled in perpendicular direction, implying that it is a great improvement for Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15 ceramics in electrical properties. 相似文献

The chemical compositions, nonvolatile taste components and nutritional compounds of three wild edible Chanterelle mushrooms (C. cibarius Fr (CcF), C. cinnabarinus schwein (CcS) and C. tubaeformis Fr (CtF)) were evaluated. Results showed Chanterelle mushrooms were good sources of proteins and carbohydrates with low energy. CcS was rich in trehalose in free sugars and glucose in soluble sugars. Monosodium glutamate‐like free amino acids and flavour 5′‐nucleotides indicated Chanterelle mushrooms had good taste. Based on their amino acids compositions and nutrition evaluations, CcF, CcS and CtF were significant sources of amino acids and protein. CtF showed better protein quality than CcF and CcS. Stearic and oleic acids showed high contents in three mushrooms, and higher unsaturated fatty acids were found in CcF. Three mushrooms had high contents of K, Ca and Mg, and low content of Na. Organic acid and phenolic acids of three mushrooms were identified, and antioxidant activities were evaluated. 相似文献
